By accessing and using V2S Alliance ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2Virtual Airline Nature

V2S Alliance is a virtual airline for flight simulation enthusiasts. We are not a real-world airline. We do not offer real-world flights, tickets, or employment. Any reference to "money", "salary", or "costs" refers strictly to virtual currency with no real-world value.

3User Conduct

Users agree to maintain a respectful environment. Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior on our platforms (website, Discord, etc.) will result in immediate termination of your account.

4Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period or have violated these terms.

5Liability

The Service is provided "as is". V2S Alliance is not liable for any issues arising from the use of our software (ACARS) or website.
